M3 会员条款M3 Member Terms

注册 M3 即表示你已阅读并同意以下条款。请完整读一遍 —— 其中有几条涉及不可退回的支出。 By signing up to M3 you confirm you have read and accepted these terms. Please read all of them — several concern payments that are not refundable.

1. 谁在提供这项服务Who provides this service

M3 Rewards（中文「M3 权益」，以下称「M3」或「我们」）由 AURA RETREAT SDN. BHD.（公司注册号 202501038161 / 1639570-P，注册地 马来西亚）营运。联系方式：[email protected]。 M3 Rewards ("M3", "we", "us") is operated by AURA RETREAT SDN. BHD. (company registration number 202501038161 / 1639570-P, registered in Malaysia). Contact: [email protected].

「会员」指已注册 M3 的自然人。「生活」（原称「M3 商城」）指 M3 内展示可用 M3 积分兑换之物品的页面。「生态方」指可用 M3 积分兑换其自身积分的第三方平台。「接入商家」指已与 M3 或其联盟网络建立合作的商户。「社区」指 M3 内由 M3 开设、指定会员担任社区主管理的会员群组。 "Member" means a natural person who has registered with M3. "Life" (formerly the "M3 Store") means the pages within M3 listing items redeemable with M3 Points. "Partner" means a third-party platform whose own points can be obtained in exchange for M3 Points. "Connected merchant" means a merchant working with M3 or with its affiliate network. "Community" means a group of members within M3, set up by M3 and run by a member appointed as its owner.

2. 成为会员Becoming a member

• 注册免费，注册完成即为会员。M3 不收取会员费，也没有档位、配套或升级包。Signing up is free, and you are a member once you have registered. M3 charges no membership fee and has no tiers, packages or upgrades.
• 你在 M3 内的付费项目（例如推广视频的完播包）一经支付不予退还。🚨 [[消费者保护法下的冷静期/退款要求 — 法务确认]]Paid items within M3 (for example completion packs for promo videos) are not refundable once paid. 🚨 [[cooling-off / refund requirements under consumer law — legal to confirm]]
• 注册免费，推荐码选填；你需要提供真实、准确的身份与联系资料。Registration is free and a referral code is optional; you must provide true, accurate identity and contact details.
• 你必须年满 [[年龄下限]] 岁，且所在地法律允许你使用本服务。You must be at least [[年龄下限]] years old and legally permitted to use the service where you live.

3. M3 积分M3 Points

• M3 积分立刻可用、永久有效，不设有效期。M3 Points are usable immediately and never expire.
• 每次兑换最少 10 M3 积分起。Each exchange requires a minimum of 10 M3 Points.
• ☠️ M3 积分不是现金，也不是 M3 余额。它不能提现、不能兑换为现金，也不能转让给其他会员。☠️ M3 Points are not money and are not M3 Credit. They cannot be withdrawn, converted to cash, or transferred to another member.
• ☠️ 兑换一经完成即不可撤销，已扣除的 M3 积分不予退回，包括兑换对象事后无法履行的情形（该情形按第 4 条处理；社区商店的兑换项按第 12 条处理）。☠️ An exchange is irreversible once completed. M3 Points spent are not returned, including where the item cannot subsequently be honoured (handled under clause 4, or clause 12 for community store items).
• 你的 M3 积分数额以 M3 系统记录为准。The M3 Points balance recorded by the M3 system is authoritative.
• 从 M3 余额换入：你可以用 M3 余额按 1 M3 余额换 1 M3 积分换入 M3 积分，每次最少 10（整数）。☠️ 换入是单向的：换入的 M3 积分不能换回 M3 余额，也不能提现，适用本条其余规则。Converting from M3 Credit: you can convert M3 Credit into M3 Points at 1 M3 Credit to 1 M3 Point, at least 10 at a time (whole numbers). ☠️ Conversion is one way: converted M3 Points cannot be converted back to M3 Credit or withdrawn, and the rest of this clause applies to them.
• 平台服务费：部分功能收取以 M3 积分支付的平台服务费，目前是：付费课程送审、AI 社区助手超出每天免费次数之后的提问。金额以操作前页面上显示的为准；支付后即销毁，不予退回（付费课程审核不通过也不退；AI 助手没有给出回答的提问不收）。Platform fees: some features charge a platform fee paid in M3 Points — currently submitting a paid course for review and questions to the AI community assistant beyond the daily free allowance. The amount shown on screen before you act applies. Fees are burned once paid and are not refunded (including when a paid course is declined; AI questions that get no answer are not charged).

M3 Plus（会员订阅）M3 Plus (member subscription)

• M3 Plus 是会员给自己开的一档订阅，目前包括：在群聊里把一条消息翻译成你选的语言（目前 9 种，见第 14 条）；社区「问助手」与群聊 @AI 每天更多的免费次数（目前每天 30 次）；群聊里你名字旁的「Plus」标记，同一社区的成员都看得到（不显示到期日）；群聊与动态里多 6 个 Plus 专属表情（只有 Plus 会员能点，谁都看得到）；把群聊里的语音消息转成文字（见第 14 条）。权益以 M3 Plus 页面上显示的为准。M3 Plus is a subscription a member takes out for themselves. It currently includes: translating a group chat message into the language you choose (currently 9, see clause 14); more free questions each day to a community’s “Ask” and @AI in group chat (currently 30 a day); a “Plus” badge next to your name in group chat, visible to members of that community (the end date is not shown); 6 extra Plus-only reactions in group chat and posts (only Plus members can use them; everyone can see them); and turning group chat voice messages into text (see clause 14). The benefits shown on the M3 Plus page apply.
• 价格与周期（目前 30 天 5 M3 积分或 365 天 50 M3 积分）在付款前显示在页面上，从你的 M3 积分扣除；M3 Plus 只收 M3 积分，不收 M3 余额。有效期内再付一期，新一期接在当前到期日之后。The price and period (currently 5 M3 Points for 30 days or 50 M3 Points for 365 days) are shown on screen before you pay and are charged to your M3 Points; M3 Plus is paid in M3 Points only, not M3 Credit. Paying again while Plus is active adds the new period after the current end date.
• ☠️ 订阅即开启自动续费。到期前约 3 天，M3 会通过网页推送与 Telegram（如已开启）提醒你一次；到期前约 24 小时起，从你的 M3 积分自动扣下一期（同一周期、按扣款时页面上的价格）。系统没赶上的，到期后 12 小时内补扣，新一期仍从原到期日起算。M3 积分不够时不扣，M3 会通知你一次，到期后 M3 Plus 停止；之后补足 M3 积分，在 M3 Plus 页面再开通即可。你可以随时在 M3 Plus 页面关掉自动续费，已付的一期用到到期日，之后不再扣。☠️ Subscribing turns on auto-renewal. About 3 days before the end date, M3 reminds you once by web push and Telegram (if turned on); from about 24 hours before it ends, the next period (same length, at the price shown on the page at that time) is charged to your M3 Points. If the system misses that window, it charges within 12 hours after the end date and the new period still starts from the original end date. If your M3 Points are not enough, nothing is charged, M3 tells you once, and M3 Plus stops at the end date; you can top up M3 Points and subscribe again on the M3 Plus page. You can switch auto-renewal off on the M3 Plus page at any time; the period you paid for runs to its end and nothing more is charged.
• ☠️ M3 Plus 只在网页版提供。M3 的 iPhone / Android App 里不出售、不显示 M3 Plus，在网页版开通的 M3 Plus 在 App 里不生效（App 里按普通会员的次数与功能）。☠️ M3 Plus is offered on the web only. It is not sold or shown in the M3 iPhone and Android apps, and M3 Plus taken out on the web does not apply in the apps (the apps use the standard member allowances and features).
• 暂停或关闭的账户不会自动续费；删除账户时自动续费随之关闭。M3 发现滥用（例如批量刷翻译）时可以暂停你的 M3 Plus 权益，并记录理由。Suspended or closed accounts are not renewed; deleting your account switches auto-renewal off. Where M3 finds abuse (for example bulk automated translation), it may suspend your M3 Plus benefits and records a reason.

4. 生活（原 M3 商城）Life (formerly the M3 Store)

商家权益Merchant rewards

• 兑换后取得一个核销码，到店出示使用。核销码持有即有效 —— 请勿公开或转发，被他人使用的后果由你承担。Redeeming gives you a redemption code to show in store. Whoever holds the code can use it — do not publish or forward it; you bear the consequences if someone else uses it.
• 部分权益设有领取频率限制（每天／每周／每月／每季一次），页面上会写明。Some rewards have a claim frequency limit (daily / weekly / monthly / quarterly), stated on the item.
• 权益的内容、可用时段与使用条件由该商家决定，兑付责任在该商家。The content, availability and conditions of a reward are set by that merchant, and that merchant is responsible for honouring it.

生态方积分兑换Exchanging into partner points

• 兑换率由生态方自行设定，兑换前在页面上可见。M3 只设下限，不代表生态方的出价。The rate is set by the partner and shown before you exchange. M3 only sets a floor; the rate is not our offer.
• 兑换率按累计已兑换量分段计算，先前已兑换的部分不因后续档位变化而调整。Rates are tiered by cumulative amount exchanged and applied in segments; amounts already exchanged are not re-priced when you reach a later tier.
• ☠️ M3 立刻扣除 M3 积分并给出回执号，但生态方积分在其一侧入账不是即时的。到账时间以该生态方的说明为准。☠️ M3 deducts the M3 Points immediately and issues a receipt number, but crediting on the partner's side is not instant. Timing is as stated by that partner.
• ☠️ 兑换完成之后适用的是生态方的规则，不是 M3 的规则。M3 不对生态方的产品、制度或其积分的用途作任何陈述或保证。☠️ After the exchange, the partner's rules apply, not ours. M3 makes no representation or warranty about a partner's products, programme, or what its points can be used for.

会员自助上架Listing your own product

• 上架位由 M3 开通（通过下面的商家入驻申请，或由 M3 直接开通），每位会员最多 10 个；开通后可以按上架位数量提交产品。Listing slots are opened by M3 (through the merchant application below, or directly by M3), up to 10 per member; once opened, you can submit products up to your number of slots.
• ☠️ 上架租金：每个在架的产品位按期扣 M3 积分，价格与周期显示在上架页（目前为每 30 天 30 M3 积分）。从该产品第一次审核通过起 30 天免租；本条生效时已经在架或已审核过的产品，从生效之日起 30 天后才开始收。重新提交审核再通过，不会再给一次免租期。☠️ Listing rent: each live listing is charged M3 Points per period; the price and period are shown on the listing page (currently 30 M3 Points every 30 days). The first 30 days after a product is first approved are free; products that were already live or reviewed when this clause took effect start paying 30 days after that date. Resubmitting and being approved again does not give another free period.
• 到期前约 3 天，M3 会提醒你一次；到期时从你的 M3 积分自动扣下一期。你也可以在到期前 3 天内、过期后或被暂停时自己点「交租」。只扣 M3 积分，不会改扣 M3 余额。About 3 days before a period ends, M3 reminds you once; when it ends, the next period is charged automatically to your M3 Points. You can also pay yourself in the last 3 days of a period, after it ends, or while the listing is paused. Only M3 Points are charged — never M3 Credit.
• M3 积分不够时，有 7 天宽限期，产品照常展示；宽限期过了仍未交，该产品与挂着的券、推广视频一起暂停。暂停后交租，立即恢复，新一期从交租时起算，暂停的天数不收。因为违规被 M3 下架或暂停的产品，不收租金，交租也不会让它恢复。If you do not have enough M3 Points, there is a 7-day grace period during which the product stays live; if it is still unpaid after that, the product, its vouchers and its promo video are paused together. Paying while paused restores it immediately; the new period starts from when you pay and paused days are not charged. Products taken down or paused by M3 for a breach are not charged rent, and paying rent does not restore them.
• 已扣的租金不予退回（扣下的 M3 积分直接销毁，不进入任何人的账户）。M3 可以调整价格或停止收取，调价只适用于之后的各期；价格设为零时停收，因欠租暂停的产品会恢复。Rent already charged is not refunded (the M3 Points are destroyed and do not go into anyone's account). M3 may change the price or stop charging; a change applies only to later periods. If the price is set to zero, no rent is charged and listings paused for unpaid rent are restored.
• M3 日专属券：你可以把产品标为「M3 日专属」，这样的券只在每月 3 号（GMT+8）可以兑换，当天排在前面。修改这个设定须重新审核。M3 Day vouchers: you can mark a product as an "M3 Day" item; it can only be redeemed on the 3rd of each month (GMT+8) and is shown first that day. Changing this setting requires re-review.
• ☠️ 收 M3 余额的商品：上架的会员可以在 M3 积分之外，再标一个 M3 余额价（0–10,000）。会员兑换时，M3 积分照第 3 条扣除；M3 余额那一份先由 M3 代管，不立即给上架的会员：他核销这张券后 72 小时（M3 每 6 小时结算一次，最晚约 78 小时），这笔 M3 余额全额转进他的 M3 余额，M3 不从中抽成（提现时照第 7 条收提现手续费）。兑换后 30 天内没有核销的，M3 余额全额退回兑换的会员，这张券随即失效；已扣的 M3 积分不退。☠️ Items priced in M3 Credit: a listing member can set an M3 Credit price (0–10,000) on top of the M3 Points price. When a member redeems, the M3 Points are deducted under clause 3; the M3 Credit part is held by M3 and not paid to the listing member straight away: 72 hours after they redeem the code (M3 settles every 6 hours, so at most about 78 hours), the M3 Credit is paid in full to their M3 Credit, and M3 takes no commission (the withdrawal fee in clause 7 still applies when they withdraw). If the code is not redeemed within 30 days of the claim, the M3 Credit is returned in full to the member and the voucher stops working; the M3 Points already deducted are not returned.
• 代管期间会员举报这一笔、举报还在处理的，这笔 M3 余额先不转、也先不退。举报成立的：上架的会员名下所有还在代管中的 M3 余额全部退回各自的会员；被举报的这一笔若已经转给上架的会员，M3 会从他的 M3 余额中扣回（以他当时的余额为限）并全数转给举报的会员，其余按本条前面的规定处理（含没收）。M3 也可以在核实后把一笔代管中的 M3 余额退回会员，并记录理由。While a report about that claim is open, the held M3 Credit is neither paid out nor returned. If the report is upheld, all M3 Credit still held for that listing member is returned to the respective members; if the reported claim had already been paid to the listing member, M3 takes it back from their M3 Credit (up to their balance at the time) and passes all of it to the reporting member, and the rest of this clause applies (including confiscation). M3 may also, after checking, return held M3 Credit to a member, and records a reason.
• 商家入驻申请：想在「生活」上架的商家，先注册成为会员，再在 App 里提交申请（店名、类别、所在国家与城市、联系方式、网站（选填）、打算给会员提供什么）。申请免费。M3 人工审核，通过后为申请人开通上架位，之后每个产品仍须按下一条先审后展示；不通过的会写明原因，你可以修改后再申请。同一时间只能有一份申请在审，30 天内最多提交 3 份。Merchant application: a merchant who wants to list on M3 first registers as a member, then applies in the app (shop name, category, country and city, contact details, website (optional) and what they plan to offer members). Applying is free. M3 reviews each application by hand; if approved, listing slots are opened for the applicant, and each product is still reviewed before it is shown, as below. If declined, the reason is given and you can edit and apply again. Only one application can be under review at a time, and up to 3 can be submitted in 30 days.
• 通过某个社区的「邀请商家」链接提交并审核通过的申请，记为该社区带来的商家，只用于计算社区等级（见第 9 条），不产生任何奖励、佣金或积分。该社区只看得到带来了几家，看不到申请人是谁，也看不到申请内容。申请人本人是该社区社区主或版主的，不计入。An approved application submitted through a community's "Invite merchants" link counts as a merchant brought in by that community. It is used only to work out the community's level (see clause 9) and earns no reward, commission or points. The community sees only how many merchants it has brought in — not who applied or what they submitted. If the applicant is that community's owner or a moderator, it does not count.
• 先审后展示：提交后须经人工审核通过才对其他会员可见。Reviewed before it is shown: a submission is only visible to other members after it passes review.
• 修改内容须重新审核，修改期间该产品不展示。Any change requires re-review, and the listing is hidden while that is pending.
• ☠️ 兑付责任在上架的会员本人，不在 M3。M3 提供的是展示位，不是担保。☠️ The listing member is responsible for honouring it, not M3. M3 provides the shelf space, not a guarantee.
• 上架的会员可以在 App 里自己核销自己产品的核销码（扫码或手输）。核销时他只看到这张券的名称、核销码与兑换时间，看不到你的名字、邮箱或账户资料；每个码只能核销一次。他可以选填这单的交易额，只供他自己记账，不会显示给兑换的会员。A listing member can redeem codes for their own product in the app (by scanning or typing the code). When redeeming they see only the item name, the code and when it was claimed — not your name, email or account information; each code can be redeemed once. They may record the sale amount, for their own records only; it is not shown to the member.
• M3 收到投诉即可下架，无须先行举证，但会记录下架理由。M3 may suspend a listing upon complaint without first proving fault; a reason is recorded in every case.
• 会员活跃状态过期时，上架自动暂停；续期后不会自动恢复，须重新提交审核。If membership activity lapses, the listing is suspended automatically; it is not restored automatically on renewal — you must submit it for review again.
• 定向投放：购买推广视频完播包时，可以选择投给一个打开了「接受商家定向投放」的社区，价格不变；这一包只播给该社区的成员，播完所需时间可能更长。该社区之后关闭接受投放或停用的，剩余次数改为播给全体会员。不能投给你本人担任社区主或版主的社区。投给谁在购买时确定，之后不能更改。Targeted ads: when buying completions for your promo video, you can choose a community that has turned on “Accept targeted merchant ads”, at the same price; that pack then plays only to the community's members and may take longer to finish. If the community later stops accepting targeted ads or is closed, the remaining views go to all members. You cannot target a community where you are the owner or a moderator. The target is fixed at purchase and cannot be changed.
• 券面不得标示金额或面值。A listing must not state a monetary amount or face value.

5. 推荐Referrals

你可以在注册时填写推荐码，也可以注册后在「我的 → 推荐人」填写；你还没有推荐人时，第一次用社区邀请码（社区码、二维码或邀请链接）加入社区，该社区的社区主记为你的推荐人（M3 官方社区与尚未经 M3 认证的「免审社区」除外，见第 9 条）。推荐人只能绑定一次，绑定后你不能自己更改；确有错误的，可以联系客服，由 M3 核实后更改，并通知你和相关推荐人。推荐关系只用来记录你是经由谁加入 M3 的。M3 不设推荐奖金，也不按推荐人数或任何其他会员的消费、业绩向你发放收益。 You can enter a referral code when you sign up, or later under Me → Referrer. If you don't have a referrer yet, the first time you join a community with its invite code (community code, QR code or invite link), that community's owner is recorded as the person who referred you (except M3 official communities and self-created communities that M3 has not yet verified; see clause 9). A referrer can only be set once, and you can't change it yourself afterwards; if it is wrong, contact support, and M3 will check and change it and notify you and the referrers involved. The referral relationship only records who introduced you to M3. M3 does not pay referral bonuses, and pays no earnings based on how many people you introduce or on any other member's spending or activity.

• 与 M3 有积分合作的第三方平台，可能设有它们自己的推荐或奖励安排，受其自身条款约束；M3 不是这些安排的一方，也不对其作任何陈述或保证。🚨 [[第三方合作平台的责任划分 — 法务确认]]Third-party platforms that work with M3 on points may run referral or reward arrangements of their own under their own terms. M3 is not a party to those arrangements and makes no representation or warranty about them. 🚨 [[allocation of responsibility for third-party partner platforms — legal to confirm]]

6. 会员活跃状态Membership activity

账户处于正常状态期间，会员资格持续有效，不设到期日。 Your membership remains active for as long as your account is in good standing; it has no expiry date.

7. 账户与提现Your account and withdrawals

• 账户里有 M3 余额与 M3 积分两种。M3 余额可以提现、购买完播包、发社区红包（第 10 条），以及换成 M3 积分（第 3 条），按 1 M3 余额 = 1 USDT 结算；M3 积分按第 3 条处理。Your account holds M3 Credit and M3 Points. M3 Credit can be withdrawn, used to buy completion packs, used to send community red packets (clause 10), or converted into M3 Points (clause 3). It settles at 1 M3 Credit = 1 USDT. M3 Points are covered by clause 3.
• 提现最低金额 $25，每笔手续费 1 M3 余额（从提现数额里扣，不按比例收），链上手续费由平台承担。具体数字以提现页显示为准，调整只适用于之后提交的提现。The minimum withdrawal is $25, with a flat fee of 1 M3 Credit per withdrawal, deducted from the amount (no percentage fee). On-chain fees are borne by the platform. The figures on the Withdraw page apply; any change applies only to withdrawals submitted afterwards.
• ☠️ 审核通过不等于已到账。正常情况下 24 小时内完成，遇链上拥堵或风控复核可能更久。☠️ Approval is not the same as funds arriving. Normally completed within 24 hours; network congestion or a risk review can take longer.
• 提现只支持 BEP20 网络的 USDT。地址填错导致的损失无法追回，请务必核对。Withdrawals are supported only in USDT on BEP20. Losses from an incorrect address cannot be recovered — please check it carefully.
• M3 可要求身份验证后方可提现，并对异常情形暂缓处理。🚨 [[KYC / 反洗钱门槛 — Jack + 法务]]M3 may require identity verification before processing a withdrawal, and may hold one where something looks irregular. 🚨 [[KYC / AML thresholds — Jack + legal]]
• M3 的 iPhone / Android App 里不提供付款：充值、提现、M3 余额换 M3 积分，以及发社区红包、直播打赏、开通社区主 Pro 或进阶会员、付费入群、解锁收费课程、加购视频空间、收费的 AI 问答等一切动用 M3 余额或 M3 积分的付款，在 App 里都不提供。App 里照常可以查看余额、领取红包、兑换「生活」里的券、开通购物返点额度；社区商店里另收 M3 余额的兑换项在 App 里不能兑换（只收 M3 积分的照常可以）。M3 Plus 不在 App 里提供（见第 3 条）。No payments in the M3 iPhone and Android apps. Top-ups, withdrawals, converting M3 Credit into M3 Points, and any other payment made with M3 Credit or M3 Points (such as sending community red packets, tipping in live rooms, subscribing to owner Pro or Premium membership, paid community entry, unlocking paid courses, adding video storage or paid AI questions) are not available in the apps. In the apps you can still view your balances, claim red packets, redeem vouchers in Life and add shopping rebate allowance; community store items that also charge M3 Credit cannot be redeemed in the apps (items priced in M3 Points only still can). M3 Plus is not offered in the apps (see clause 3).

8. 全平台购物返点Shopping Rewards

购物返点已对会员开放。开放期间，本条适用： Shopping Rewards are open to members. While they are open, this clause applies:

• 会员以 M3 积分开通购物返点额度：每次最少 10 M3 积分（整数），1 M3 积分 = 1 M3 余额的返点额度，没有期限。用于开通或增加额度的 M3 积分不予退回，额度也不能换回 M3 积分。A member spends M3 Points to open a Shopping Rewards allowance: at least 10 M3 Points each time (whole numbers), where each M3 Point gives 1 M3 Credit of rebate allowance, with no expiry. M3 Points used to open or top up the allowance are not refundable, and the allowance cannot be turned back into M3 Points.
• 每入账 1 M3 余额返点，额度减 1。额度不足时，先入账额度以内的部分，其余部分保留，会员增加额度后自动入账。额度只决定可入账多少，不代表任何可得金额；所有返点均来自商家为该订单支付的佣金。Every 1 M3 Credit of rebate paid to you uses 1 of the allowance. If the allowance is short, the part it covers is credited first; the rest is held and credited automatically once the member tops up. The allowance only limits how much can be credited and does not represent any amount you will receive; every rebate comes from the commission the merchant pays for that order.
• ☠️ 必须从 M3 点击进入商家后下单才计入。自行打开商家 App 或网站下单的订单不计。☠️ Only orders placed after clicking through from M3 count. Orders placed by opening the merchant's own app or site do not.

• ☠️ 追踪链接仅供你本人使用。禁止公开发布、群发、投放广告或竞价品牌关键词 —— 违反商家条款的后果由此产生的损失，M3 保留向责任会员追偿的权利。☠️ Tracking links are for your own use only. Publishing them, mass-messaging them, running ads or bidding on brand keywords is prohibited. M3 reserves the right to recover from a member losses caused by breaching a merchant's terms.
• 若商家或联盟网络在返点入账后撤销该笔交易，M3 将个案处理并记录理由，不会自动从你的账户扣回。If a merchant or the network reverses a transaction after a reward was credited, M3 handles it case by case with a recorded reason, and will not automatically deduct it from your account.

9. 会员社区Member communities

会员社区已对会员开放。开放期间，本条适用： Member communities are open to members. While they are open, this clause applies:

• 社区由 M3 开设并指定一位会员担任社区主，或由会员自己开设（「免审社区」，见下）；社区主可再委任版主。会员可通过社区邀请码或社区二维码加入，加入前会先看到社区名称与人数，确认后才加入。Communities are either set up by M3, which appoints a member as the owner, or created by members themselves (self-created communities, see below); the owner may appoint moderators. Members join with a community invite code or QR code, and see the community's name and size and confirm before joining.
• 社区默认不公开，只能凭邀请码加入。社区主可以申请把社区列入「发现社区」，由 M3 批准；列入后任何会员都能在 App 里看到社区名称、简介、人数与社区主名字，并不需要邀请码直接加入。公开的社区还有一个「社区城」页面，不用登录也能打开：上面只有这个社区近 24 小时的汇总数字（例如成员数、领走的红包数、新动态数），不显示任何成员是谁，也不显示具体内容；成员可以把这个页面的链接或分享图发出去。社区主可以随时撤回或取消公开，M3 也可以取消。一位会员可以加入多个社区。Communities are not public by default and can only be joined with an invite code. An owner can ask for the community to be listed under Discover communities, subject to M3's approval; once listed, any member can see its name, description, member count and owner's name in the app and join directly without an invite code. A listed community also has a community city page that anyone can open without signing in: it shows only that community’s totals for the last 24 hours (such as member count, red packets claimed and new posts), never who did anything and never the content itself, and members can share its link or image. The owner can withdraw the request or unlist the community at any time, and M3 can also unlist it. A member can join more than one community.
• M3 城：每个公开的社区在 App 的「M3 城」里有一栋楼，楼上显示社区名称、成员数档位与近 24 小时的汇总数字；会员（包括没加入的）点楼可以看到社区名称、人数与公开的汇总数字，并选择加入。开通社区主 Pro 的社区，社区主上传的 社区 Logo 会挂在楼顶招牌上；Pro 到期后招牌撤下，续上后恢复。社区主须确保自己有权使用所上传的 Logo；M3 可以不经事先通知撤下任何 Logo，并记录理由。M3 City: every listed community has a tower in the app's M3 City showing its name, a member-count band and its totals for the last 24 hours; members (including those who have not joined) can tap the tower to see the community's name, member count and public totals, and choose to join. For communities with Community owner Pro, the community logo uploaded by the owner is shown on the rooftop sign; it comes down when Pro ends and goes back up when Pro is renewed. The owner must have the right to use any logo they upload; M3 may remove a logo without prior notice and records a reason.
• 上月之星：每月 3 号（M3 日），M3 会在 M3 城广场展示上个月新成员与活动最多的三个公开社区（不含「M3 官方」社区），只显示社区名称、Logo 与汇总数字，不显示任何成员是谁。上榜不带任何奖励。Stars of the month: on the 3rd of each month (M3 Day), M3 shows in the M3 City plaza the three listed communities with the most new members and activity last month (excluding official M3 communities) — only the community name, logo and totals, never who any member is. Being listed carries no reward.
• 语音留言与表情：帖子和评论可以附一段语音（每段最长 60 秒），审核、举报、隐藏与删除跟文字内容相同；对帖子的回应可以从 6 个 M3 表情里选一个。语音和文字一样，同一社区的其他成员都听得到，不要在语音里说出你自己或别人的私人资料。Voice notes and reactions: posts and comments can carry a voice note (up to 60 seconds each), reviewed, reported, hidden and deleted the same way as text; reactions to a post use one of 6 M3 emoji. Like text, a voice note can be heard by everyone else in that community — do not say your own or anyone else's private information in it.
• 你在社区发布的帖子、评论、点赞与活动报名，同一社区的其他成员都看得到，成员名单也会显示你的角色与加入日期。别人看到的是你填写的名字；没有填写的，显示打码后的邮箱。Posts, comments, likes and event sign-ups you make in a community are visible to the other members of that community, and the member list shows your role and join date. They see the name you have set; if you have not set one, a masked version of your email is shown.

Anyone who asks for your recovery phrase, key or a verification code is a scammer; M3 will never ask.
• 名字旁边带「M3 官方」徽章的社区由 M3 开设和管理，这个徽章只有 M3 能给。会员的显示名不能冒充 M3、客服、管理员或版主。Communities with the "M3 Official" badge are set up and run by M3, and only M3 can grant the badge. Members' display names may not impersonate M3, support staff, administrators or moderators.
• 任何成员都可以举报帖子或评论。社区主、版主可隐藏内容、禁言或移出成员；M3 可隐藏任何内容、处理举报，被 M3 隐藏的内容社区主与版主不能恢复。社区主可以把已经隐藏的帖子或评论彻底删除：删除后成员、版主与社区主都看不到，也不能恢复；M3 会保留记录，用于处理纠纷与举报。Any member can report a post or comment. Owners and moderators can hide content, mute members or remove them; M3 can hide any content and handles reports, and content hidden by M3 cannot be restored by an owner or moderator. An owner can delete a hidden post or comment for good: after that, members, moderators and the owner can no longer see it and it cannot be restored; M3 keeps a record to handle disputes and reports.
• 拉黑：你可以拉黑任何一位会员。拉黑后你看不到他的帖子、评论、群聊消息与私信，也不会收到他引起的通知；对方不会收到通知。你可以随时在「我的 → 登录信息 → 拉黑名单」里解除。拉黑只影响你自己看到的内容，要处理违规请另外举报。Blocking: you can block any member. Once blocked, their posts, comments, chat messages and direct messages are hidden from you and you receive no notifications they trigger; they are not told. You can unblock them at any time under Me → Sign-in → Blocked people. Blocking only changes what you see; to deal with a breach of these terms, report it as well.
• 免审社区与认证：验证过邮箱（或绑定了 Google）的会员可以自己马上开一个社区（每人最多 3 个尚未认证的社区、每天 1 个；名称不能冒充 M3 或他人、不能与已有社区重名）。尚未经 M3 认证的社区：最多 200 位成员；不能开收费功能（进阶会员、付费入群、社区商店、收费课程、会员补贴池、AI 问答）、不能申请列入「发现社区」、不能接受商家定向投放；课程视频空间为 500MB；没有社区主 Pro 试用。7 天内有 3 位不同的会员（注册满 72 小时）举报同一社区的内容时，群聊会自动改成只有社区主与版主能说话，直到 M3 处理。社区主可以申请认证，由 M3 审核；认证通过后上述限制解除，并有 30 天社区主 Pro 试用（不会自动续费）。M3 可以撤销认证。Self-created communities and verification: a member with a verified email (or a linked Google account) can create a community straight away (up to 3 unverified communities per member and 1 per day; the name may not impersonate M3 or anyone else, or duplicate an existing community). Until M3 verifies it, a community is limited to 200 members; cannot turn on paid features (Premium membership, paid entry, community store, paid courses, member perks or AI questions), cannot apply for Discover communities and cannot accept targeted merchant campaigns; has 500MB of course video storage; and gets no owner Pro trial. If 3 different members (each registered for at least 72 hours) report content in the same community within 7 days, its chat automatically switches to owner-and-moderators-only until M3 reviews it. The owner can apply for verification, which M3 reviews; once verified, these limits are lifted and the community gets a 30-day owner Pro trial (which does not renew automatically). M3 may withdraw verification.

After leaving you no longer receive its notifications; your posts and the M3 Points you have received are not affected, and you can rejoin later with the community invite code. An owner must first have M3 hand the community to someone else before leaving. A member removed by an owner or moderator cannot rejoin with the invite code on their own.

A community moves up only when both figures reach the threshold, and moves down if they fall below it. Thresholds are shown to the owner and moderators on the community page, and M3 may adjust them. A level brings only: a higher place in Discover communities, a level mark next to the name, and higher limits on courses and store items (1.5× at level 2, 2× at level 3; anything already published is not affected if the level drops). ☠️ Levels involve no money, M3 Points or rewards.

When it is on, merchants can target their promo videos to the community, and those videos play only to its members; members still see the same number of check-in videos each day. Each time a member finishes a targeted video, a share of what the merchant paid for that view (currently 20%, as shown on the page) is added by M3 to the community fund as M3 Points (see clause 12), settled once a day. Merchants cannot see which members watched. Nothing is added where the advertising merchant is the community's owner or a moderator.

The signature only proves the address is yours; it does not authorise any transfer, approval or payment, and M3 only reads balances and cannot move your assets. Each address can be connected to one account only; Solana addresses are used only for holder verification (no balances shown, no sending or swapping). M3 may set a holding threshold (a minimum amount of a particular digital asset) for some communities; M3 reads the combined balance of your connected addresses, and if it meets the threshold you are marked as a “holder” in that community for 24 hours. If the balance cannot be read, you are not marked. Holders can see holder-only content and claim holder red packets and holder task rewards; at claim time M3 reads the balance again and counts only addresses connected before that red packet or task was created, and each address can be used once per red packet. 社区主 Pro 订阅Community owner Pro subscription

• 部分社区管理工具属于「社区主 Pro」：成员分层、分层专属红包、分层提醒、留存与效果页、AI 社区周报草稿，以及 M3 城楼顶招牌上的社区 Logo。社区的其他功能（帖子、公告、活动、普通红包、课程、商店、任务与签到等）不需要 Pro。名字旁带「M3 官方」徽章的社区与 M3 的合作方社区一直享有 Pro，不收费。Some community management tools are part of Community owner Pro: member segments, personal red packets to a segment, segment reminders, the retention and results page, AI weekly recap drafts, and the community logo on the rooftop sign in M3 City. Everything else in a community (posts, announcements, events, ordinary red packets, courses, stores, tasks and check-in) does not need Pro. Communities with the "M3 Official" badge and M3 partner communities always have Pro at no charge.

The split is shown on screen before you pay. Auto-renewal uses M3 Points only if the current owner has chosen to use M3 Points for renewals; after a change of owner, the new owner must choose again. M3 Points used for payment are not refunded, the same as M3 Credit (see the item on non-refundable subscription fees below).

• 社区主可以为社区开一档「进阶会员」。价格（每一期 3–200 M3 余额，或 3–1000 M3 积分，或两种都给；一期 1、3、6 或 12 个月，一个月按 30 天算）与权益说明由社区主制定，经 M3 审核后才上线，之后每次修改也要重新审核。订阅的价格以订阅前页面上显示的为准；两种都给时由你选一种付，从你所选的 M3 余额或 M3 积分扣除；社区主也可以设成两样都要付，同一期同时扣 M3 余额和 M3 积分，任何一样不够就整笔不扣。社区主可以另设首月优惠价，只给第一次订阅的人，首月 30 天，之后按正价和那一档的周期续；曾经订阅过、获赠过天数或从 Telegram 迁入的成员不算第一次。社区主与版主不能订阅自己的社区。社区主暂停这一档时，不收新的订阅，已经订阅过的成员照常续费。An owner can offer premium membership for their community. The price (3–200 M3 Credit, or 3–1,000 M3 Points, or both, per period; a period is 1, 3, 6 or 12 months, counting a month as 30 days) and the description of benefits are set by the owner and go live only after M3 approves them; every later change is reviewed again. The price shown on screen before you subscribe applies; where both are offered you choose one, and it is charged to the M3 Credit or M3 Points you chose; the owner can instead require both, in which case each period takes M3 Credit and M3 Points together, and nothing is charged if either is short. The owner may also set a first-month offer for people subscribing for the first time: the first month is 30 days, then it renews at the regular price and period. Anyone who has subscribed before, been given days, or moved over from Telegram does not count as first-time. Owners and moderators can't subscribe to their own community. While an owner pauses the membership, no new subscriptions are taken, but existing subscribers can still renew.

When your premium membership ends without renewing, the AI steward lets you know you've been moved out of the group chat for now; renew and you're back straight away, with earlier content still there.

• 群聊：每个社区有一个群聊。社区主或版主可以设定谁能说话（全员 / 只有社区主与版主 / 关闭）、置顶一条，并可以把一条标成「信号」（每一条都会推送给这个社区开了通知的成员）。任何人都不能在群聊里发链上地址；成员不能发链接（社区主与版主可以）。你可以撤回自己的消息；社区主与版主可以隐藏别人的消息。被撤回或隐藏的消息不会删除，会保留作纠纷与举报的证据，但其他人看不到原文。群聊里的内容由发的人负责，并受本条约束。群聊里可以发视频（每段最长 5 分钟、不超过 200MB）：视频文件在发出 30 天后自动删除（被撤回或隐藏的也一样），之后这条消息显示「视频已过期」；要留着请在 30 天内下载。Group chat: each community has one group chat. The owner or a moderator can choose who may speak (everyone / only the owner and moderators / off), pin one message, and mark a message as a signal (each signal is pushed to the community's members who have notifications on). No one may post on-chain addresses in group chat; members can't post links (owners and moderators can). You can recall your own messages; owners and moderators can hide others'. Recalled or hidden messages are not deleted; they are kept as evidence for disputes and reports, but others can't see their content. Whoever sends a message is responsible for it and this clause applies. You can send videos in group chat (up to 5 minutes and 200MB each): video files are deleted automatically 30 days after they are sent (recalled or hidden ones too), after which the message shows that the video has expired; download any you want to keep within 30 days.
• 连接 Telegram 群：社区主可以把 M3 的 Telegram Bot 加进自己管理的 Telegram 群，连接到自己的社区（社区主本人的 Telegram 须已绑定在其 M3 账号上，并且是该群的群主或管理员）。连接后，社区里所有成员都看得到的公告、活动和红包通知会自动发到该群（每个群每天最多 20 条）；每周还会发一条上周的汇总数字（例如新成员数、新动态数，不含任何成员身份；那一周没有动静就不发），社区主可以关掉。群里的人点按钮即可加入社区；只给持币成员、进阶会员或部分成员的内容不会发到群里。社区主可以随时断开；Bot 被移出群时自动断开。M3 不读取、不保存群里的聊天内容。发到群里的内容由发布者负责，并受本条约束；该群本身由社区主管理，同时适用 Telegram 的规则。Connecting a Telegram group: an owner can add M3’s Telegram bot to a Telegram group they run and connect it to their community (the owner’s own Telegram must be linked to their M3 account, and they must be the group’s owner or an admin). Once connected, announcement, event and red packet notices that every member of the community can see are posted to the group automatically (at most 20 per group per day); once a week a short summary of the previous week’s numbers (such as new members and new posts, never who; skipped when nothing happened) is posted too, which the owner can switch off. People in the group can join the community with one tap; content limited to holders, Premium members or some members is never posted there. The owner can disconnect at any time, and the connection ends automatically if the bot is removed from the group. M3 does not read or store the group’s chat. Whoever posted the content is responsible for it and this clause applies; the group itself is run by the owner and Telegram’s rules also apply.
• 语音房：认证社区的社区主或版主可以开语音房并担任主持；成员进房收听，举手后由主持请上台说话（台上最多 10 人；主持可以随时请人下台或结束语音房）。语音房不录音：声音经 M3 在香港的语音服务器实时转发，不保存。免费社区同时最多 1 个房、每场最多 50 人、每月合计 5 小时；Pro 社区同时最多 3 个房、每场最多 300 人、不限时长（以页面显示为准）。在语音房里说的话同样受本条款约束；被禁言的成员只能收听。Voice rooms: owners and moderators of verified communities can start a voice room and act as host. Members can listen in and raise a hand to be invited on stage to speak (up to 10 people on stage; the host can move anyone back to the audience or end the room at any time). Voice rooms are not recorded: audio is relayed in real time through M3’s voice server in Hong Kong and is not stored. Free communities can run 1 room at a time with up to 50 people per room and 5 hours in total per month; Pro communities can run up to 3 rooms at a time with up to 300 people per room and no time limit (as shown on the page). Everything said in a voice room is subject to these Terms; muted members can only listen.
• 私密语音房：主持开房时可以设一个 6–12 位的密码，成员要输入密码才能进房；社区主、版主和台上的人不用输入。私密房的在线人数和房里发的红包只给在房里的人和社区主、版主看到；私密房不会出现在直播大厅和 M3 城里。Private voice rooms: the host can set a 6–12 character password when starting a room, and members must enter it to join; owners, moderators and people on stage do not need it. The listener count and red packets in a private room are shown only to people in the room and to the owners and moderators; private rooms do not appear in the live hall or in M3 City.
• 语音房里的红包：主持可以在语音房里发社区红包，规则与第 10 条的普通红包相同；房里的红包只在语音房里提示，不另发群聊消息和通知；私密房的红包只有在房里的人能领。Red packets in voice rooms: the host can send community red packets in a voice room under the same rules as ordinary red packets (clause 10). They are announced only inside the room, with no separate chat message or notification, and in a private room only people in the room can claim them.
• 直播打赏：在语音房里，你可以用 M3 余额打赏台上的主持或讲者（不能打赏自己）。每次 1–500 M3 余额（最多两位小数），每人每天合计最多 2,000 M3 余额（以页面显示为准）。打赏时从你的 M3 余额扣除全额；M3 收取 20% 作为平台费，其余部分在打赏 7 天后进入收到的人的 M3 余额。收到的人或打赏的人的账户被停用、或社区被停用时，未到账的部分会先暂停入账。发现欺诈、盗用或违反本条款的打赏，M3 可以在到账前作废，并全额退回给打赏的人；除此之外打赏一经发出不能撤回。还有未到账的打赏时，收到的人不能删除账户。打赏不提供任何回报或权益，也不是对讲者的雇佣或报酬安排。App 里不提供打赏（见第 2 条）。Live tips: in a voice room you can tip the host or a speaker on stage with M3 Credit (you cannot tip yourself). Each tip is 1–500 M3 Credit (up to two decimal places), and each member can tip up to 2,000 M3 Credit in total per day (as shown on the page). The full amount is deducted from your M3 Credit when you tip; M3 keeps 20% as a platform fee, and the rest is added to the recipient's M3 Credit 7 days after the tip. If the recipient's or the tipper's account, or the community, is suspended, unreleased amounts are held until the suspension ends. M3 may cancel a tip before it is released if it involves fraud, misuse or a breach of these Terms, and refunds the full amount to the tipper; otherwise a tip cannot be withdrawn once sent. A member who still has unreleased tips cannot delete their account. Tips give the tipper no reward or entitlement and do not create any employment or payment arrangement with the speaker. Tipping is not available in the apps (see clause 2).
• 小黄车：主持可以把这个社区商店里的商品或 M3 的商家券挂在语音房里（每个房最多 8 件，只能挂上架中的）。成员在房里点「兑换」时，按社区商店和「生活」原来的兑换规则、价格和库存处理，不另收费用；M3 只记录这次兑换发生在哪个语音房，用来给社区主做成交统计。Shop in the room: the host can pin items from the community's own store or M3 merchant vouchers in a voice room (up to 8 per room, and only items that are on sale). When a member taps Redeem in the room, the usual redemption rules, prices and stock of the community store and Life apply, with no extra charge; M3 only records which voice room the redemption happened in, so the owner can see sales figures.
• 直播总结与直播记录：语音房结束后，社区主和版主可以看到每一场的时长、最多同时在线人数、房里红包发出与领走的份数、打赏的笔数与合计（已作废的不算）和小黄车成交，以及最近 30 天的合计。记录里不列出谁来听过。Live summaries and records: after a voice room ends, the owner and moderators can see for each session its length, the peak number of listeners, red packets sent and claimed, the number and total of tips (cancelled tips excluded) and shop sales, plus totals for the last 30 days. The records do not list who listened.

10. 社区积分红包Community points red packets

• 只有社区主与版主可以在自己的社区发红包。发红包用 M3 余额支付（社区主也可以选择用社区基金支付，见第 12 条），领到的人得到 M3 积分。M3 余额与 M3 积分的换算比例在发送前显示在页面上，每个红包按发出当时的比例计算。Only community owners and moderators can send red packets in their community. A red packet is paid for in M3 Credit (the owner can also choose to pay from the community fund, see clause 12), and those who claim it receive M3 Points. The conversion between M3 Credit and M3 Points is shown on the page before sending, and each red packet uses the rate in force when it was sent.
• ☠️ 每份数额相同，没有随机分配。每个红包 1–200 份，每份 0.1–1,000 M3 积分。每位成员每个红包只能领一份，份数领完即止；发的人不能领自己的红包。☠️ Every share is the same size; there is no random allocation. A red packet has 1–200 shares of 0.1–1,000 M3 Points each. Each member can claim one share per red packet until the shares run out; the sender cannot claim their own.
• 红包 24 小时后过期，没领完的份数退回发送人的 M3 余额（用社区基金支付的退回社区基金）。已被领取的部分不予退回。A red packet expires after 24 hours; shares not claimed are returned to the sender as M3 Credit (or to the community fund, if paid from it). Shares already claimed are not returned.
• 每人在每个社区 24 小时内最多发 10 个红包；被禁言期间不能发。Each person can send at most 10 red packets per community in any 24 hours, and none while muted.
• 社区主与版主也可以把红包只发给本周社区榜前几名（1–10 名，不含自己）：每人一份，系统直接替他们领好，其他成员领不到。Owners and moderators can also send a red packet only to the top of this week's community board (1–10 people, not themselves): one share each, claimed for them automatically, and no one else can claim it.
• 社区主与版主也可以把红包只发给某一层成员（社区主 Pro 功能，见第 9 条；按成员在本社区的活跃情况分为：新人、活跃、走冷、沉默）。名单在发出那一刻确定（最多 2,000 人，不含发送人），只有名单上的人能领，通知也只发给他们；同一个社区的同一层 72 小时内只能发一次。其余规则与普通红包相同。Owners and moderators can also send a red packet only to one group of members (a community owner Pro feature, see clause 9), based on their activity in that community (new, active, cooling or silent). The list is fixed when the red packet is sent (up to 2,000 people, not the sender); only people on the list can claim it, and only they are notified. Each group in a community can receive one such red packet every 72 hours. All other rules are the same as for an ordinary red packet.
• 分层提醒（社区主 Pro 功能，见第 9 条）：社区主与版主可以给某一层成员发一句提醒（不带红包、不能带链接，4–120 字），通过网页推送、Telegram 通知（你开启了的话）发出，并在社区页顶部显示 7 天。为免打扰：同一层 7 天只能收到一次，一个社区 7 天最多发 2 条，你在同一个社区 7 天内最多收到 1 条，在全站 24 小时内原则上最多收到 3 条；一条提醒最多发给 1,200 人；一层（不含发送人）不到 3 人时不能单独发；被禁言期间不能发。你可以对每个社区单独关掉提醒（社区主看不到是谁关的），关掉不影响红包、公告与活动的通知。Segment reminders (a community owner Pro feature, see clause 9): owners and moderators can send a one-line reminder to one segment of members (no red packet, no links, 4–120 characters). It goes out as a web push and a Telegram notification (if you turned those on) and is shown at the top of the community page for 7 days. To limit noise: a segment gets at most one every 7 days, a community can send at most 2 every 7 days, you receive at most 1 per community every 7 days, and as a rule at most 3 across M3 in any 24 hours; one reminder goes to at most 1,200 people; a segment with fewer than 3 people (not counting the sender) can’t be sent its own reminder; and nobody can send one while muted. You can turn reminders off for each community separately (owners can’t see who did), which doesn’t affect red packet, announcement or event notifications.
• 定时到 M3 时刻：发红包时可以选择不马上发出，而是在下一个 M3 时刻（每周三 15:03，GMT+8）落下。付款在提交时完成；落下之前谁都领不到；24 小时的有效期从落下那一刻起算。Scheduled for M3 Moment: when sending a red packet you can choose to have it drop at the next M3 Moment (Wednesdays at 15:03, GMT+8) instead of right away. Payment is taken when you submit; no one can claim it before it drops, and the 24-hour expiry runs from the drop.
• M3 时刻红包雨：每周三 M3 时刻，M3 可能用自己的预算发一场平台红包雨。每份数额相同，每位会员每周最多领一份，先到先得、领完即止。份数与每份数额由 M3 决定，可以是零（那一周就没有红包雨），以 App 当周显示为准。只有已验证邮箱、注册满 7 天、账户正常的会员可以领。M3 认定刷取或其他违反本条款的情形，按第 16 条处理。M3 Moment red packet rain: every Wednesday at M3 Moment, M3 may run a platform red packet rain from its own budget. Every share is the same size and each member can claim at most one share per week, first come first served until the shares run out. M3 decides the number and size of shares, which can be zero (no rain that week), as shown in the app that week. Only members with a verified email, an account at least 7 days old and in good standing can claim. Where M3 finds gaming or other breaches of these terms, clause 16 applies.
• 领到的 M3 积分完全按第 3 条处理：不能提现、不能兑换为现金、不能转让。领取红包不需要付款。M3 Points received are governed entirely by clause 3: they cannot be withdrawn, converted to cash or transferred. Claiming a red packet requires no payment.

11. 社区课程Community courses

• 社区主与版主可以在自己的社区开设课程，课程只对该社区的成员显示。免费课程发布后即上线；需要 M3 积分解锁的课程须经 M3 审核后才上线。Community owners and moderators can publish courses in their community; courses are shown only to that community's members. Free courses go live when published; courses unlocked with M3 Points go live only after M3 reviews them.
• 解锁所需的 M3 积分在解锁前显示在页面上。解锁后你可以一直阅读该课程，包括社区主之后下架或修改该课程的情形；被 M3 因违反本条款下架的课程除外。The M3 Points needed to unlock a course are shown on the page before you unlock it. Once unlocked, you can keep reading the course, including if the owner later takes it down or edits it — except where M3 removes it for breaching these terms.
• 已上线的收费课程修改后须重新审核；审核通过前，成员（包括已解锁的成员）看到的是上一个审核通过的版本。An edit to a live course that costs M3 Points goes back to review; until it passes, members (including those who have unlocked it) see the last version M3 approved.
• ☠️ 解锁花掉的 M3 积分不予退回；扣除平台服务费后进入该社区的社区基金（见第 12 条），不支付给社区主或任何个人。课程被 M3 因违反本条款下架的，已解锁的成员同样不获退回，这门课进入过社区基金的部分由 M3 全额收回（社区基金可能因此变成负数）。M3 积分完全按第 3 条处理。☠️ M3 Points spent on unlocking are not refunded; after a platform fee they go into that community's community fund (see clause 12) and are not paid to the owner or any person. Where M3 removes a course for breaching these terms, members who unlocked it are likewise not refunded, and everything the course added to the community fund is taken back in full by M3 (the fund may go below zero as a result). M3 Points are governed entirely by clause 3.

Trading calls, copy-trading, promised returns, soliciting investment and directing members to pay off-platform are not allowed in courses; M3 removes such courses.
• 社区主与版主可以给课程设置封面图；封面须经 M3 审核后才显示，不得含有违反本条款的内容，也不得使用他人享有权利的图片。成员可以举报课程；M3 认定违规的，会下架该课程。Owners and moderators can set a cover image for a course; covers show only after M3 reviews them, must not contain anything that breaches these terms, and must not use images others hold rights to. Members can report a course; where M3 finds a breach, it takes the course down.
• 课时视频可以是外部平台（YouTube、Vimeo、Loom）的链接（在外部平台打开，受该平台自己的条款约束），也可以由社区主或版主直接上传 MP4（每段最大 500MB、最长 20 分钟）。上传的视频存放在非公开储存里，只有看得到这门课的成员能播放，播放链接几个小时后失效。每个社区有 5GB 免费视频空间（尚未认证的社区为 500MB），上传后没用上的也算在内。Lesson videos can be links to an external platform (YouTube, Vimeo or Loom, which open on that platform under its own terms) or MP4 files uploaded directly by the owner or a moderator (up to 500MB and 20 minutes each). Uploaded videos are kept in private storage, can only be played by members who can see the course, and playback links expire after a few hours. Each community has 5GB of free video storage (500MB for unverified communities); uploads that are not used in a lesson still count.
• 加购视频空间：社区主可以用 M3 余额加购，每包 +10GB、每 30 天 5 M3 余额（最多 20 包），价格在付款前显示在页面上。有效期中途再加包，只收到期日前剩下天数的部分。☠️ 自动续费默认开启，续费前的通知与扣款规则与社区主 Pro 相同（见第 9 条）。到期不续时，已上传的视频照常播放、不会删除，只是空间回到免费那一档，超出后不能再上传新视频。🚨 已付的加购费用不予退回（待法务按第 2 条的占位确认）。Extra video storage: owners can add storage with M3 Credit, at 10GB per pack for 5 M3 Credit every 30 days (up to 20 packs); the price is shown before payment. Packs added part-way through a period are charged only for the days left until it ends. ☠️ Auto-renewal is on by default, with the same notice and charging rules as owner Pro (see clause 9). If storage is not renewed, uploaded videos keep playing and are not deleted, but the allowance returns to the free tier and no new videos can be uploaded above it. 🚨 Payments for extra storage are not refunded (subject to legal confirmation under the placeholder in clause 2).
• 课程可以附课后测验：学完全部课时后才能作答，每门课 24 小时内最多交卷 3 次，达到社区主设的及格线即获发一张结业证书。收费课程的测验与课时一样须经 M3 审核。A course may include a quiz: it opens once you finish every lesson, you can submit up to 3 times per course in 24 hours, and reaching the owner's pass mark issues a certificate of completion. Quizzes on courses that cost M3 Points are reviewed by M3, the same as lessons.
• ☠️ 结业证书由该社区颁发，只说明你完成了课程并通过测验，不代表任何学历或专业资格，也不发放任何积分。证书附公开核验链接，持有链接的人无需登录即可看到：证书编号、你的显示名（未填写的显示「M3 会员」）、课程名、颁发社区、日期与分数。M3 因违反本条款下架的课程，其证书不再提供核验。☠️ Certificates are issued by the community. They show only that you completed the course and passed its quiz, are not an academic or professional qualification, and carry no points. Each certificate has a public verification link; anyone with the link can see, without signing in, the certificate number, your display name (“M3 Member” if you have not set one), the course, the issuing community, the date and the score. Certificates for courses M3 removes for breaching these terms can no longer be verified.

12. 社区商店Community stores

• 社区主与版主可以在自己的社区商店上架兑换项（例如一对一咨询、活动名额、周边）。每一项及其每次修改都须经 M3 审核后才上线。Community owners and moderators can list items in their community store (for example a one-to-one session, an event place or merchandise). Every item, and every edit to it, goes live only after M3 reviews it.
• ☠️ 社区商店的兑换项由该社区负责兑付，不由 M3 兑付。M3 的审核只看内容是否符合本条款，不担保社区能够兑付。☠️ Items in a community store are honoured by that community, not by M3. M3's review only checks the content against these terms and does not guarantee that the community will honour the item.
• 只有该社区的成员可以兑换，社区主与版主不能兑换自己社区的兑换项。所需 M3 积分（另收 M3 余额的，连同 M3 余额）与每人可兑换的次数在兑换前显示在页面上。兑换后你会在「我的券」里得到一个核销码，使用时出示给社区主或版主核销，每个码只能核销一次。Only members of that community can redeem, and owners and moderators cannot redeem items from their own community. The M3 Points needed (and any M3 Credit, for items that also charge it) and how often each member can redeem are shown on the page before you redeem. After redeeming you receive a code in My vouchers; show it to the owner or a moderator when you use it, and each code can be used once.

(Amounts that went into a community fund before v0.31 are not affected.)

When a member redeems, the M3 Credit part is held by M3: 72 hours after the code is redeemed (M3 settles every 6 hours, so at most about 78 hours), it is paid in full to the M3 Credit of whoever was the owner at the time of the redemption, and M3 takes no commission (the withdrawal fee in clause 7 still applies on withdrawal). If the code is not redeemed within 30 days, the M3 Credit is returned in full to the member and the voucher stops working; the M3 Points already deducted are not returned. While the community is suspended, held M3 Credit is not paid out. These items cannot be redeemed in the apps (see clause 7).

• 兑换项兑付不了时，可以在「我的券」里报告问题；报告还在处理时，这一笔代管中的 M3 余额先不转、也先不退。M3 认定成立的：补回该次花掉的 M3 积分；暂停该社区商店的全部兑换项；这个商店所有还在代管中的 M3 余额全部退回各自的成员；被报告的这一笔若已经转给社区主，M3 会从社区主的 M3 余额中扣回（以当时的余额为限）并全数转给报告的成员。已补回积分的码不能再核销。v0.31 之前进入社区基金的兑换，举报成立时那一笔从社区基金收回。M3 也可以在核实后把一笔代管中的 M3 余额退回成员，并记录理由。If an item cannot be honoured, you can report a problem in My vouchers; while the report is open, any M3 Credit held for that redemption is neither paid out nor returned. Where M3 upholds the report: the M3 Points spent on that redemption are returned; all of the community store’s items are paused; all M3 Credit still held for that store is returned to the respective members; and if the reported redemption had already been paid to the owner, M3 takes it back from the owner’s M3 Credit (up to their balance at the time) and passes all of it to the reporting member. A code whose points were returned can no longer be used. For redemptions that went into the community fund before v0.31, the amount from an upheld report is taken back from the fund. M3 may also, after checking, return held M3 Credit to a member, and records a reason.

The fund belongs to the community, not to any person, and stays with the community if the owner changes; only the owner can use it, and only for M3 Points red packets and task rewards. It cannot be withdrawn, converted to cash or M3 Credit, or transferred to anyone. Red packets and task rewards paid from the fund cannot be claimed by the owner or moderators. Where a report about a store redemption is upheld, the amount that went into the fund from it is taken back in full, and the fund may go below zero as a result; while it is below zero it cannot be used, and later income first makes up the shortfall. Owners and moderators can see every entry in and out of the fund. Where M3 finds gaming or other breaches of these terms, it may deduct from the fund.
• 兑换项上不标示现金价值。Items do not show a cash value.

13. 社区任务、活动签到与社区擂台Community tasks, event check-in and the community arena

• 社区主与版主可以设任务（例如连续签到、本周发帖、通过某门课的测验、到场参加活动），奖励由设任务的人用自己的 M3 余额一次付清（社区主也可以用社区基金付，见第 12 条）（名额 × 每人奖励），期限 1–30 天。完成条件由 M3 系统核对；连续签到、发帖与课程测验只算任务设好之后完成的部分（任务设好之前已取得的结业证书不计）；完成后你自己领取一份 M3 积分，每个任务每人一份，名额领完即止。到期或提前结束时没领完的部分退回设任务的人（用社区基金付的退回社区基金）。M3 积分按第 3 条处理。Owners and moderators can set tasks (for example a check-in streak, posting this week, passing a course quiz or attending an event). The reward is paid upfront from the task creator's own M3 Credit (the owner can also pay from the community fund, see clause 12) (places × reward each) for 1–30 days. M3's system checks completion. Check-in streaks, posts and course quizzes count only from when the task is set (a certificate earned before the task was set does not count). Once complete you claim one share of M3 Points, one per member per task, until the places run out. Anything unclaimed when the task ends or is ended early returns to its creator (or to the community fund, if paid from it). M3 Points are governed by clause 3.
• 活动可以现场扫码签到：社区主或版主在现场出示签到码，你扫码即记为到场。签到只在活动开始前 3 小时至开始后 12 小时内有效，只记录到场，不发放任何积分。Events can use on-site check-in: the owner or a moderator shows a check-in code at the event and scanning it records your attendance. Check-in works only from 3 hours before to 12 hours after the start and records attendance only; no points are given.
• 社区擂台是免费的技巧小游戏：每人每天可以打 3 局排名局，不收任何费用；分数由 M3 服务器按你的操作记录重新计算，以服务器算出的为准；结果不靠抽签或随机抽奖决定。The community arena is a free skill game: you can play 3 ranked rounds a day at no charge. Scores are recalculated by M3’s server from your inputs, and the server’s result is final; outcomes are not decided by any draw or lottery.
• 你的分数要计入社区的每周排名，需要同时满足：社区是已认证社区、你的邮箱已验证、开局时注册已满 72 小时、你仍是这个社区的成员；每天只算你当天最高的一局；每周只算你本周第一个打排名局的社区，在其他社区打的局不计入。For your score to count toward a community’s weekly ranking, the community must be verified, your email must be verified, your account must be at least 72 hours old when the round starts, and you must still be a member. Only your best round each day counts, and each week only the first community you play a ranked round in counts; rounds in other communities that week do not.
• 擂台里可以用 M3 积分买外观（只改样子，不影响分数）；买了不退。付费不能换到排名局，也不影响排名或回馈。You can buy cosmetic looks in the arena with M3 Points (they change appearance only, not scores); purchases are non-refundable. Paying never buys extra ranked rounds and does not affect rankings or rewards.

Communities are grouped by size, and the top 3 communities in each group may receive rewards, provided they have the minimum number of qualifying members shown on the arena page. Rewards are split equally among the community’s qualifying members who scored on at least the number of days shown on the arena page that week. The amount for each place is shown on the arena page; M3 may adjust the amounts or pause rewards.

Rounds found suspicious are voided, and a voided share is not redistributed to others. Rewards are paid in M3 Points, which cannot be withdrawn or exchanged for cash.
• 为了防作弊，排名局的操作记录会保存 8 周，之后自动清除（详见隐私政策）。To prevent cheating, the inputs of ranked rounds are kept for 8 weeks and then deleted automatically (see the Privacy Policy).

14. AI 社区助手与算力中心AI community assistant and the compute centre

• 社区里可以有「问助手」：你提问后，AI 只根据这个社区自己的公告、活动和课程整理回答，并列出依据；社区里没写到的，会请你直接问社区主。回答可能有误，以社区主说的为准，不构成任何投资、法律或税务建议。每人每天可以提问的次数有限，页面上会显示。社区主可以关闭本社区的「问助手」。A community may offer “Ask”: when you ask a question, AI answers only from that community’s own announcements, events and courses and lists what it relied on; if the community has not covered it, you are pointed to the owner. Answers may be wrong; the owner has the final word, and nothing in them is investment, legal or tax advice. The number of questions per day is limited and shown on the page. The owner can turn “Ask” off for their community.

The original message is sent to the AI provider M3 uses for translation (without the identity of the sender or of the person asking). To avoid translating the same thing twice, translations are kept: when another M3 Plus member later asks for the same message in the same language, the saved translation is shown; once the original is recalled or hidden, its translation is no longer shown and is deleted. ☠️ Translations are produced by AI, may be wrong, and the original prevails; they are not the view of M3 or the owner and are not investment, legal or tax advice. Cards such as red packets, events and polls are not translated, and you cannot translate messages from someone you have blocked. There are daily and monthly limits on translations per person, and the page tells you when you reach them.

The text is shown only to the person who asked; it is not posted to the group and does not change the original message. To avoid transcribing the same thing twice, transcripts are kept and shown to other M3 Plus members who ask for the same message; once the original is recalled or hidden, or the voice file is deleted, the transcript is deleted. ☠️ Transcripts are produced by AI, may be wrong, and the original voice message prevails. You cannot transcribe voice messages from someone you have blocked. There are daily and monthly limits per person.

The price of each and the number you can make per day are shown on the page. Your description (or, for a cut-out, the image you upload) is sent to the image-generation provider M3 uses (fal.ai) without your identity. Generated images are stored in M3's image storage and can be opened by anyone with the link; you can download them or post them to a community you belong to. If nothing is produced (a provider error, a timeout, a content safety block or unusable output), your M3 Points are refunded in full; an attempt stopped by the content safety check or with unusable output still counts toward that day's limit. Descriptions and uploads must not contain anything illegal, infringing, sexual or violent, or impersonate another person or trademark; you are responsible for how you use and post generated images. AI-generated images may be inaccurate and may resemble other people's work. 15. 面容 / 指纹、Telegram、Google 与 Apple 登录Face or fingerprint, Telegram, Google and Apple sign-in

• 你可以在设置里把手机或电脑绑定为登录设备，之后用该设备的面容、指纹或锁屏密码登录，不必输入密码。这是可选的，密码登录始终可用。You can register a phone or computer as a sign-in device in settings, then sign in with that device's face recognition, fingerprint or screen lock instead of typing your password. This is optional; password sign-in always remains available.
• ☠️ 识别在你的设备上完成，M3 收不到也不储存你的面容或指纹（详见隐私政策）。☠️ Recognition happens on your device; M3 never receives or stores your face or fingerprint (see the Privacy Notice).
• ☠️ 能解锁这台设备的人，就能用它登录你的 M3 账户 —— 包括你在设备上额外录入的面容或指纹。请只在你本人专用的设备上开启。☠️ Anyone who can unlock the device can use it to sign in to your M3 account — including any additional face or fingerprint enrolled on it. Only turn this on for a device that is yours alone.
• 你也可以绑定一个 Telegram 账号，之后在登录页点 Telegram 直接登录。用 Telegram 注册的会员可以不设密码；没有密码时不能解绑 Telegram，可以用「忘记密码」设一个。一个 Telegram 只能绑定一个 M3 账号。You can also link a Telegram account and then sign in by tapping Telegram on the sign-in page. Members who sign up through Telegram may skip setting a password; without a password you cannot unlink Telegram, but you can set one with Forgot password. Each Telegram account can be linked to only one M3 account.

Each Google account can be linked to only one M3 account; without a password you cannot unlink Google.

One Apple account can be linked to only one M3 account, and Apple cannot be unlinked while you have no password. When you unlink Apple or delete your account, M3 revokes this service's authorisation with Apple.

16. 你不能做的事What you must not do

• 提供虚假身份或联系资料；开设多个账户；代他人注册而不披露。Give false identity or contact details; open multiple accounts; register on someone else's behalf without disclosing it.

• 在对外宣传中承诺收益、使用未经核实的数字，或把 M3 描述为投资、理财或保本产品。Promise income in your own promotion, use unverified figures, or describe M3 as an investment, wealth-management or capital-protected product.
• 冒用 M3 或接入商家的名义、商标或素材。Use the name, trade marks or creative assets of M3 or of a connected merchant without authorisation.
• 转售、转让账户，或买卖 M3 积分、核销码。Resell or transfer an account, or trade M3 Points or redemption codes.
• 发布或发送色情（尤其是涉及未成年人的）、博彩、毒品、骚扰、威胁、歧视或仇恨的内容，或其他违法、令人反感的内容；冒充他人；以任何方式骚扰其他会员。Post or send sexual content (especially anything involving minors), gambling, drugs, harassment, threats, discrimination or hate, or any other unlawful or objectionable content; impersonate anyone; or harass other members in any way.

☠️ M3 对违规内容和滥用行为零容忍。系统会自动拦下部分违规字词；任何会员都可以举报内容、拉黑其他会员；M3 团队收到举报后会尽快处理（目标 24 小时内），删除违规内容，并视情节暂停功能、冻结提现、停用账户。 ☠️ M3 has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behaviour. Some objectionable words are blocked automatically; any member can report content and block other members; the M3 team handles reports promptly (aiming for within 24 hours), removes offending content and, depending on the case, suspends features, freezes withdrawals or closes the account.

删除账户：你可以在「我的 → 登录信息」里删除自己的账户（网页版与 App 都可以），需要输入发到账户邮箱的 6 位验证码。有提现在处理中、M3 余额达到最低提现额、你还是某个社区的社区主，或还有上架、补贴池、红包、托管等款项没有结算完时，要先处理完才能删除；余额不足最低提现额的，要你确认放弃才能删除，放弃的余额不会退回。删除后所有设备立即登出、账户不能再登录，登录方式与通知订阅都会删除；你发过的内容会保留，作者显示为「已注销」。删除或停用账户都是关闭账户，不是抹掉记录 —— 交易流水要按法律与税务要求保存（详见隐私政策）。 Deleting your account: you can delete your own account under Me → Sign-in (on the web or in the app), confirmed with a 6-digit code sent to your account email. If a withdrawal is in progress, your M3 Credit is at or above the minimum withdrawal, you are still the owner of a community, or a listing, perk pool, red packet or escrow is still settling, you need to resolve it first; if your balance is below the minimum withdrawal, you must confirm that you give it up, and it will not be refunded. Once deleted, every device is signed out, the account can no longer sign in, and your sign-in methods and notification subscriptions are removed; content you posted remains, shown as by a deleted account. Deleting or closing an account closes it rather than erasing its records: transaction ledgers are retained as law and tax rules require (see the Privacy Notice).

17. 服务的变更与中断Changes and interruptions

M3 可新增、修改或停止某项功能，并会就影响会员既有权益的变更事先公告。系统维护、第三方服务故障或不可抗力可能造成中断。为防止滥用，M3 会限制部分操作在一定时间内的次数（例如注册、查询邀请码），超过时请稍后再试。 M3 may add, change or discontinue a feature, and will give notice before changes that affect members' existing entitlements. Maintenance, third-party failures or events beyond our control may cause interruptions. To prevent abuse, M3 limits how often some actions can be performed within a period (for example registering or looking up invite codes); if you reach a limit, please try again later.
